The Pennsylvania Railroad L-1 2-8-2 #2862 is a 1976 import. Pacific Fast Mail imported this locomotive from Japanese manufacturer United Scale Models/ Atlas Industries. The locomotive has been custom painted and decalled as shown and have been out to get some dust on the model. The locomotive runs well and has an open faced motor with no backhead detail.
